BILL GRAVEMAN - President

Bill graduated from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas with a Bachelor of Science - Electrical Engineering in 1978. He worked for ten years in the nuclear weapons development and production business with the United States Department of Energy .

Bill began working in the scrap and waste field in his teens and always kept active in the industry. In 1987, he left the Department of Energy and began Magnatech Engineering, Inc. He serves as its president.

Bill currently holds three patents and is particularly active in all phases of engineering, production and design and development of new equipment.

DAVID WAMSLEY - Vice President

Dave graduated from Millersville University, Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1968 with a B.S. Industrial Technology. He contiuned his education at Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, earning a MS Architecture degree in 1970.

From 1970 to 1988, Dave was with Wamsley Associates, Inc., a manufacturers' representative for the leading manufacturers of scrap handling and processing equipment specializing in shredding plants, guillotine shears, metal balers, cranes and non-ferrous processing equipment. His responsibilities included the development and sales of the entire product line. Dave has been involved in the inspection and evaluation of scrap processing equipment in the field as to overall condition and operation, with special focus on the purchase and resale of such equipment.

From 1988 to 2000, Dave was a partner at B. E. Equipment, Inc. in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. B. E. Equipment is an eastern distributor for Harris Waste Management - the largest scrap equipment manufacturer in the world. His responsibilities there included the promotion and sale of all Two Ram Balers, Vertical Balers, Shredding Systems and Guillotine Shears.

Dave joined Magnatech in December 2000. He finds Magnatech to be a much better fit for his knowledge and experience, and appreciates Magnatech's greater range of scrap processing equipment.
