BILL GRAVEMAN - President
Bill graduated from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas with a Bachelor of Science - Electrical Engineering in 1978. He worked for ten years in the nuclear weapons development and production business with the United States Department of Energy.Bill began working in the scrap and waste field in his teens and always kept active in the industry. In 1987, he left the Department of Energy and began Magnatech Engineering, Inc. He serves as its president.
Bill currently holds three patents and is particularly active in all phases of engineering, production and design and development of new equipment.

Michael Graveman-Vice President
Son of President and CEO William Graveman, Michael joined Magnatech Engineering in 2005. With many years of experience in the Family business starting as a teenager while attending school assisting in the shop and eventually moving on to our Sales team in 2005. Michael is very knowledgeable and active in the recycling industry.
