Magnatech Engineering, Inc. Aluminum Shredding Systems use shredders as small as 36” or 42” in diameter, all the way through 60” and 72” in diameter to process baled or loose aluminum scrap.
Extrusions, cast, loose painted siding, radiators and other mixed materials call all be shred and separated in magnetic and eddy current separation systems to provide furnace-ready scrap which will sink in your charging well or charge your rotary furnace easily.
There is no need to turn away peddler scrap or be overwhelmed with huge volumes of lightweight mixed materials that have little value - turn it into valuable, high density ferrous and nonferrous scrap which not only have a premium value, but also you to make money on each ton of material processed!
